Terms & Conditions
Package Expiration:
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Daycare Hours:
Packages are valid for our standard daycare hours.
Vaccination Requirements:
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, with proof submitted before attending.
Health and Behavior:
All dogs must be in good health and demonstrate safe, social behavior.
We reserve the right to remove or separate dogs for any reason at anytime.
Group Play Policy:
Daycare dogs participate in group play matched by size and temperament.
Unfixed males/females or special-needs dogs may be moved to Day Boarding for safety.
Cancellation Policy:
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions with 30 days’ written notice.
Additional Services
Add-on services such as grooming, training sessions, and treats are available for an additional fee.
Package holders receive priority scheduling for add-ons and upgrades.

We offer discounted Day Boarding packages for dogs who prefer a quieter, more private environment. Day Boarding is ideal for dogs who need one-on-one attention, older dogs, intact males/females, or pups who don’t thrive in group play.

Suite Assignment:
Each Day Boarding dog has their own private suite (or shared only with family dogs).

Terms & Conditions
Package Expiration:
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Boarding packages include overnight stays with standard check-in (after 7 AM) and check-out (before 2 PM).
Pick-ups after 2 PM incur a $25 daycare fee for the final day.
Vaccination Requirements:
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, with proof submitted before check-in.
Health and Behavior:
Dogs must be in good health and non-aggressive toward staff.
Rooming Policy:
Each dog has their own private suite, unless approved to share with family dogs.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit or a package days.
