Terms and Conditions
Package Expiration:
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Daycare Hours:
Packages are valid for our standard daycare hours.
Vaccination Requirements:
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, with proof submitted before attending.
Health and Behavior:
All dogs must be in good health and demonstrate safe, social behavior.
We reserve the right to remove or separate dogs for any reason at anytime.
Group Play Policy:
Daycare dogs participate in group play matched by size and temperament.
Unfixed males/females or special-needs dogs may be moved to Day Boarding for safety.
Cancellation Policy:
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions with 30 days’ written notice.
Additional Services
Add-on services such as grooming, training sessions, and treats are available for an additional fee.
Package holders receive priority scheduling for add-ons and upgrades.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of package purchase.
