How long are package nights good for?
Package nights are good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I use package nights on holidays?
Yes. Package nights can be used on holidays.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 7am and check-out is before 2pm. Pickups after 2pm include one day of daycare for the last day.
Which vaccines are required?
Current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella, with records sent before check-in.
What if I need to cancel a stay?
Please cancel at least 48 hours ahead so you don't forfeit your deposit or package nights.
Can my dogs share a suite?
Each dog has their own private suite unless we've approved family dogs to share.
Can I get a refund on a package?
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What else should I know?
- Dogs must be in good health and friendly with our team.
- Add-ons like grooming and enrichment are extra, and package holders get priority scheduling for them.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.
- We may update these terms with 30 days' written notice.
