Q: What happens in an emergency while boarding?


A: We will contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we’ll reach out to your emergency contact. If urgent care is needed, we prefer your contact transports your pet, but our staff can step in if necessary.

Q: Can grooming or training be added to a boarding stay?


A: Absolutely! Many families schedule a bath, groom, or training sessions during boarding so their dog goes home clean and well-mannered.
