Why Families Keep Coming Back
We received the best care for our daughter Roxxie. She had the best time… watching them sleep like babies through the cameras give you a peace of mind.
My dog is definitely a special one and needs a lot of patience. But they treat her with so much care and affection. She loves going and hates leaving.
Ellen is a marvelous groomer! She clearly loves the dogs and takes the time to know them so she can provide personal service.
Questions We Get A Lot
Quick answers about boarding, daycare and grooming at our Spring retreat. Tap a question to open it.
When can I drop off and pick up?
We're open every day from 7am to 7pm, weekends included. Drop-off and pick-up happen during those hours.
What vaccines does my dog need?
Current Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) and DHPP. Send records before your first visit and check-in will be quick.
Can I watch my dog on camera?
Yes. Every boarding suite at our Spring location has a 24/7 camera. Log in from your phone or computer and check on your dog anytime, day or night.
My dog has never been here. What should I expect?
Most dogs settle in quickly. If your dog has never boarded before, a daycare day first is a great way for them to meet the team and learn the space.
For daycare, a temperament check is performed on your dog's first day so we can match them with the right playgroup. Playgroups are capped at 8 dogs.
Do you have a deal for new clients?
Yes. New dogs get up to $50 toward their first boarding night in any suite, or their first day of Group or Private Daycare free. No blackout dates. Request your first visit.
Can I add grooming to a stay or daycare day?
Yes. Grooming can be added to any boarding stay or daycare day, and same-day service is available. Boarding stays of 5+ nights include a free wash.
Should I bring my dog's food?
We recommend it, since a sudden food change can upset their stomach. Pack meals in labeled containers or pre-measured bags. If you need us to, we can provide house food for $5 per day.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes, at no extra charge. Please bring oral and topical medications in their original containers with clear instructions. If we have any questions, we'll reach out so your pup gets the care they need every time. We don't give injectable medications.
What happens if there's an emergency?
Our team includes Pet CPR and Pet First Aid certified staff. We contact you right away, or your emergency contact if we can't reach you. If your dog needs urgent care, we prefer your contact take them to the vet. If that isn't possible, we take your dog to a trusted local veterinarian.
