How long are package days good for?
Package days are good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What's the difference between group and private daycare?
Group daycare dogs play together in groups matched by size and temperament. Private daycare dogs get their own suite for the day and individual play sessions with our team.
Can every dog do group play?
Most can. Intact dogs and dogs with special needs may be moved to private daycare for safety, and we may separate any dog at any time.
Which vaccines are required?
Current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella, with records sent before the first visit.
Can I get a refund on a package?
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What else should I know?
- Packages are good during our regular daycare hours.
- Dogs must be in good health and friendly with our team.
- Add-ons like grooming and treats are extra, and package holders get priority scheduling for them.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.
- We may update these terms with 30 days' written notice.
