Dogs need current Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) and DHPP. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. Send records before your first visit and check-in will be quick.

Yes. Our Longville team sends photo and video updates so you can see your pet playing and relaxing while you're away.

Our team places dogs by size, so there's no suite to choose. Playgroups are matched by size and temperament so everyone is comfortable.

Most dogs settle in quickly in our quiet country setting. For daycare, a temperament check is performed on your dog's first day so we can match them with the right playgroup.

Yes, for $20 per night. Cats stay in private three-level condos in a quiet, climate-controlled room away from the dogs. Two cats from the same household can share a condo, and cat stays have a two-night minimum. See the cat condos.

Absolutely. Many families add a bath, trim or full groom before pickup so their dog comes home fresh and clean.

We recommend it, since a sudden food change can upset their stomach. Pack meals in labeled, pre-measured bags or containers. If needed, we can provide house food for $5 per day.

Yes, at no extra charge. Please bring oral and topical medications in their original containers with clear instructions. If we have any questions, we'll reach out so your pup gets the care they need every time. We don't give injectable medications.

We contact you right away, or your emergency contact if we can't reach you. If urgent veterinary care is needed, we make sure your pet gets to a trusted local veterinarian.

We're open every day, but closed for drop-off and pickup on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Deposits may be required during peak holiday boarding periods. We'll let you know when you book.

Dogs 25 lbs and under are $30/night and dogs 26 lbs and over are $35/night. Play time, photo and video updates and medications are included. Cats stay in private condos for $20/night.

Yes. Every dog gets at least two playtimes a day in our country play yards with splash pads, pools and playgrounds. Groups are matched by size and temperament, and dogs who prefer it get private play instead.

Yes. We capture as many photos and videos of playtime as we can and send them to you. It's a free extra, so we do our best to send a link every day.

Group Daycare is $20/day and Private Daycare is $25/day. New dogs get their first day free, with no blackout dates.

Every dog gets a temperament check on their first day. We introduce them to other dogs slowly and carefully to get a feel for their playgroup preferences. Playgroups are matched by size and temperament and capped at 8 dogs. Our team includes Pet CPR and Pet First Aid certified staff.

For Group Daycare, yes. Intact dogs are welcome in Private Daycare, where they get their own space and one-on-one playtimes with a Bark Ranger.

Not every dog loves a crowd, and that's okay. If a dog shows disruptive or aggressive behavior, we'll move them out of group play. Private Daycare lets them enjoy our yards, playgrounds and toys on their own.

We'll call you first, then your emergency contact if we can't reach you. If your dog needs care right away, we may provide first aid or take them to a veterinarian. Vet costs are the owner's responsibility.

Prices depend on the package and your dog's size. A Basecamp Wash starts at $20, a Summit Spa at $30, a Summit Trim at $50 and a Summit Groom (full haircut) at $65. See the full price chart.

The Summit Spa is a full spa day with no haircut: conditioner, ear cleaning, brush out, nail trim and a bow or bandana. The Summit Trim adds a tidy-up trim on the face, feet and fanny. The Summit Groom adds a full-body, breed standard haircut.

Most grooms take about 1 to 3 hours, depending on your dog's coat and the service. We'll let you know when your pup is ready for pickup.

Absolutely. Many families book a bath or groom before pickup so their dog goes home clean and fresh.

Our de-matting add-on is $25. Severely matted coats are sometimes kinder to shave short than to brush out, and we'll talk with you before we do anything.

Yes. We use gentle, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners, and a medicated skin treatment is available for dogs with sensitivities.

Yes. The Spa Club starts at $44/month and the Trim Club starts at $59/month. Memberships include up to 2 premium grooming services a month with daycare and save $192+ a year.

Yes, color accents start at $40, though not every dog is a good fit. Call or text us and we'll talk it through.

Each condo is 4 ft tall, 3 ft wide and 2 ft deep with three shelves at different levels for lounging, soft bedding, its own litter box and a separate feeding station. Condos are indoors in a quiet, climate-controlled room away from the dogs.

Yes. Up to two cats can share a condo if they're from the same household. Their vet records need to show the same owner name and address.
