Getting Started

How It Works

Every new pet starts the same way at both retreats. It only takes a few minutes.

  1. Pick your retreat

    Choose Spring, TX or Longville, LA and tell us about your pet and your dates online.

  2. Send vaccine records

    Dogs need current Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP. Just text a photo to your location.

  3. Temperament check

    On day one we meet your dog and introduce them to other dogs slowly and carefully to get a feel for their playgroup preferences.

  4. Play & pick up

    Your dog spends the day playing and resting, and you pick up a happy, tired pup.

How much does dog daycare cost?

In Spring, TX, Group Daycare is $25/day and Private Daycare is $35/day, with packages that save up to 20%. In Longville, LA, Group Daycare is $20/day and Private Daycare is $25/day. The first day is free for new dogs.

How do you keep group play safe?

Every dog gets a temperament check on their first day, where we introduce them to other dogs slowly and carefully. Playgroups are matched by size and temperament and capped at 8 dogs.

Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?

For Group Daycare, yes. Intact dogs are welcome in Private Daycare, with their own space and one-on-one playtimes.

What if my dog doesn't like other dogs?

That's okay. Private Daycare lets them enjoy our yards, playgrounds and toys on their own, with one-on-one attention from a Bark Ranger.

What are drop-off and pickup times?

Spring is open 7am–7pm (easiest 9am–5pm). Longville is open 8am–6pm (easiest 10am–4pm). After-hours pickup is available for a fee with advance notice.

What vaccines are required?

Current Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP.
