❓ Daycare FAQs – Spring, TX
Q: How do you ensure dogs play safely?
All dogs undergo a temperament evaluation before playing with other dogs. One of our benefits to such a great property/facility is that we can test temperaments through fences before contact for added safety. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament.
Q: What should I bring for Daycare?
You don’t need to bring anything as long as you’ve provided vaccine records in advance. Here’s some common things:
Food (pre-portioned if possible)
Treats
Medications in original containers with instructions
👉 Please label all belongings with your pet’s name.
Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in and check-out times are anytime between 7am and 7pm. However, we’re pretty swamped in the mornings and evenings so it’s a big help if you can drop off and pickup between 9am and 5pm.
After-hours pick-up is available for an additional fee but advanced notice required.
Q: What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
We may remove dogs from group play if they show disruptive or aggressive behavior. Private play options are available where dogs get to explore our spacious yards, playgrounds, and toys independent of other dogs.
Q: What if my pet gets sick or injured During Daycare?
We will first contact you.
If unavailable, we will call your emergency contact.
For immediate needs, we may transport your pet to a veterinarian.
We may provide first aid or seek veterinary care at our discretion and all veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility.
Q: Can intact dogs join daycare?
All daycare participants must be spayed or neutered.
Intact dogs regularly participate in our Day Boarding program instead of Daycare.

Give your pup the gift of play, fresh air, and companionship at our countryside retreat.
