 Check in on your pup anytime with our suite cameras, available exclusively at our Spring, TX retreat.

Every boarding suite at our Spring location is equipped with a 24/7 live camera. Pet parents can log in from their phone anytime to see how their pup is doing. It’s part of our commitment to transparency and peace of mind.

Each building has it’s own system.

We STRONGLY recommend you login to your cameras before leaving the facility so we can help you with any issues.

Camera Access Instructions

🏠 Sequoia Lodge

  1. Download the Reolink app

  2. Tap “Start” > “Agree.”

  3. Tap the blue “+” button (top right).

  4. Allow the app to use your camera.

  5. Scan the QR Code provided by staff.

  6. Login:

    • User: Barks Parent (NOT Admin)

    • Password: Welcome1

Find your dog’s suite and enjoy 24/7 live feed.

🏠 Building A

  1. Download the LTS Connect app.

  2. Select “Agree” to their Policies & Terms

  3. Select Region = “USA”

  4. Select the Check Mark in the top right corner

  5. Select “OK” and “Login/Register”

  6. Select the “Mail Icon” and login with:

    • Email: barks.rec.ps@gmail.com

    • Password: BarksRec1

  7. Select any camera and enter the encryption password: BarksRec1.

The live feed will begin loading and Enjoy!

🏠 Building C

  1. Download “Lorex Cloud” from the app store

  2. Select “Allow” access…

  3. Select “I have read and understand…” then “Submit”

  4. Select the camera with lines icon in the top right

  5. Select the “+” in the top right

  6. Select “DVR/NVR/IP Camera”

  7. Enter the following information:

    • Name: “Bldg C”

    • Password: “cooper”

    • Leave all other info as is

  8. Select the QR Code scanner next to “Device ID”

  9. Scan the QR Code

  10. Select “Connect”

    The live feed will begin loading and Enjoy!

Building C QR Code
