Set Up Your Building's Camera

Not sure which building your dog is in? Ask a Bark Ranger at check-in, or text us.

  1. Download the Reolink app.
  2. Tap “Start,” then “Agree.”
  3. Tap the blue “+” in the top right and allow camera access.
  4. Scan the QR code below.
  5. Log in with the details below, then find your dog's suite.

App: LTS Connect

  1. Download the LTS Connect app.
  2. Tap “Agree” to the policies and terms.
  3. Choose region “USA,” then tap the check mark in the top right.
  4. Tap “OK,” then “Login/Register,” then the mail icon.
  5. Log in with the details below, pick any camera, and enter the encryption password.

  1. Download Lorex Cloud from the app store.
  2. Tap “Allow,” then “I have read and understand,” then “Submit.”
  3. Tap the camera icon (the one with lines) in the top right, then the “+”.
  4. Choose “DVR/NVR/IP Camera” and enter the name and password below. Leave everything else as is.
  5. Tap the QR scanner next to “Device ID,” scan the code, then tap “Connect.”
