Our Kennel Technicians are the heart of daily pet care. They ensure dogs are safe, clean, comfortable, and loved during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Feed, water, and monitor dogs according to individual care instructions.
Clean suites, play yards, and facility areas to maintain a safe environment.
Assist with exercise, potty breaks, and socialization.
Observe pet behavior and report changes to management.

Dedicated to exercise and enrichment, Playtime Technicians lead group and individual play sessions. They focus on fun, safety, and socialization for every dog.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise off-leash group play and individual activities.
Match dogs to compatible play groups and manage introductions.
Provide enrichment activities like fetch, agility, or scent games.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all play sessions.

Provide professional grooming services ranging from baths and tidy-ups to full breed-standard cuts. Groomers ensure a safe, clean, and efficient salon environment while making pets look and feel their best. Attention to detail, gentle handling, and excellent communication with pet parents are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bathing, brushing, trimming, de-shedding, and breed-specific grooming.
Monitor pets’ health and behavior during grooming.
Maintain salon cleanliness, equipment safety, and efficiency.
Communicate with clients about grooming preferences and pet care needs.

Bathers support the grooming team by keeping dogs clean, comfortable, and ready for styling. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working directly with dogs of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bathing, blow drying, nail trimming, and basic brushing.
Assist groomers with prep work for full grooms.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area.
Handle dogs gently and confidently, ensuring their safety.

Trainers provide positive reinforcement-based training programs to help dogs and owners achieve success together.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual training sessions and group classes.
Design training plans for obedience, behavior modification, and enrichment.
Communicate progress and homework to owners.
Promote safe, positive methods aligned with Barks & Wildlife standards.
