Kennel Technician
The heart of daily care. Kennel Techs keep dogs safe, clean, comfortable and loved during their stay.
- Feed, water and monitor dogs per their care instructions
- Clean suites, play yards and shared areas
- Help with exercise, potty breaks and socializing
- Watch behavior and report changes to management
Playtime Technician
Leads group and individual play with a focus on fun, safety and good manners.
- Run off-leash group play and individual sessions
- Match dogs into compatible playgroups
- Lead enrichment like fetch, agility and scent games
- Follow safety rules during every play session
Pet Groomer
From baths and tidy-ups to full breed cuts, helping every dog look and feel their best.
- Bathe, brush, trim, de-shed and style
- Watch each dog's health and comfort while grooming
- Keep the salon clean, safe and running on time
- Talk with families about their dog's grooming needs
Bather
Supports the grooming team and keeps dogs clean, comfortable and ready to style.
- Bathe, blow dry, trim nails and brush

Dog Trainer
Helps dogs and their families succeed with positive, reward-based training.
- Lead private sessions and group classes
